POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS AND COURSE REFUNDS
ANS Balance HRV understands that emergencies happen and that plans change; therefore we have created policies to deal with requests for refunds on courses.
Refunds can be requested prior to attending a course sponsored by ANS Balance HRV, however if you have attended the course and received your CEUs no refund will be given.
All classes are confirmed 30 days prior to the start date and are dependent upon sufficient registrants. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. ANS Balance HRV is not responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation of a course.
A full refund will be issued if ANS Balance HRV cancels the course. No refund will be issued if a course is in progress and is interrupted by an Act of War or God, weather, natural disasters or issues beyond our control.
Cancellations will be posted on our web site and registered attendees will be notified by email.
Full refund will be provided if you cancel the course at least 30 business days before the course for any reason. Full refunds can be obtained up to 20 business days before a course if an emergency has occurred.
To receive a full refund less $100 administration fee for a class, registrant must submit request in writing 30 days prior to the start date of the ANS Balance HRV course.
After these deadlines, you will only receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future class less a $100 administration fee.
If a registrant cancels after the 30-day period, the tuition less $100 administration fee may only be applied toward a future ANS Balance HRV course within a twelve-month period from the original cancellation date. This may only occur once within a twelve-month period. After the twelve-month period, all monies will be forfeited.
